What it's like working with me.

Establishing a solid therapy relationship with my clients is essential. I specifically strive toward being a compassionate and nonjudgmental therapist.


I grasp my clients' emotional goals, taking them into account throughout my therapy and always treating them with respect. I am compassionate toward your determination to initiate therapy, and reach out for yourself.


I am a formally registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor, working towards a clinical level qualification. I have a specialty area in holistic counselling. I utilise both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and 

Dialectical Behavioural 

Therapy models.


I have significant experience working in the addiction space, working with complex and long term trauma (post traumatic stress disorder) and I work with high risk behaviours in both teens and adults.


 I'm willing to consider alternative options if you have any ideas on what you believe will work for you. In truth, I believe that it's my job to assist you in identifying exactly what it is that you you need to do in order to have your goals achieved. 


Who am I when I'm not a Psychotherapist or Counsellor

I can be found a lot of the time doing my own private studies and courses. I also volunteer as various community groups and as a mentor to other people suffering Addiction. As a father my two daughters keep me busy, and I love to be away in my Van enjoying the freedom and nature that it brings.

  • Cope with the emotions that leave you feeling stuck.
  • Learn ways to deal with other peoples behaviour that irritates or angers you.
  • Make change to overcome alcoholism, addiction or compulsive behaviours.
