This isn’t therapy.
It’s not a motivational seminar.
And there’s definitely no guru bullshit here.
It’s a weekly awareness and process group built around one core idea:
Relationships fail because we are unconscious of our own shit.
Most people spend their lives blaming partners, exes, parents, stress, work, anxiety, trauma, social media, or “bad luck” without ever slowing down enough to look at what’s actually happening inside themselves.
This group is about changing that.
Using a mix of psychology, psychotherapy, addiction recovery principles, mindfulness, spirituality, group process work, relationship dynamics, and real life experience, the group helps people become more conscious of their emotional patterns, reactions, behaviours, and relationship dynamics.
Not intellectually.
Practically.
In real time.
Each session is structured around a theme, topic, reading, quote, story, framework, or discussion designed to create awareness and honest reflection.
Topics may include:
• emotional reactivity
• projection and blame
• anxiety and disconnection
• attachment and relationships
• anger and shutdown
• intimacy and avoidance
• self awareness
• unconscious patterns
• escapism and addiction
• communication and repair
• masculinity, feminity, identity, fear, shame, and vulnerability
• mindfulness and presence
• relationships, parenting, family dynamics, and self responsibility
Sessions include:
• guided discussion
• group process and reflection
• practical frameworks and teachings
• open conversation
• awareness exercises
• honest discussion about real life struggles and patterns
This isn’t a lecture where people sit silently taking notes.
The value comes from participation, self reflection, hearing yourself honestly, and realising you’re probably not as alone or as uniquely fucked up as you thought you were.
There’s no pretending here.
No performances.
No “positive vibes only.”
No fake self development language.
No analysing everybody else while avoiding yourself.
The group is direct, honest, reflective, sometimes uncomfortable, and often funny.
People are encouraged to take responsibility for themselves instead of constantly focusing on what everybody else is doing wrong.
Because awareness without action changes absolutely nothing.
This group is for people who:
• want healthier relationships
• keep repeating the same emotional patterns
• struggle with anxiety, anger, avoidance, shutdown, or emotional overwhelm
• are interested in self awareness and conscious living
• feel disconnected from themselves or others
• are sick of surface level self help
• want honest conversation and genuine growth
• are willing to look at their own shit instead of just blaming everybody else
You do not need to be “spiritual.”
You do not need to have your life together.
And you definitely do not need to be perfect.
You just need a willingness to be honest.
